There are several questions that you will want to ask your insurance company so there are no surprises.

·  Do I have mental health benefits?
·  How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
·  What is my deductible and has it been met?
· Is approval required from my primary care physician?
·  What is the coverage amount per therapy session? 

 Hourly rate is $140 with a session typically lasting 55 minutes.  The number of sessions a person attends depends on each person's individual needs.  Some people have specific goals that can be met within a short amount of time.  Other people need longer term counseling to address more complex issues.  I typically meet with people on a bi- weekly  or weekly basis but that is adaptable to meet your individual needs.
